All Work Growth & Government Contracting

Your Cleaning Solutions

A stagnant commercial cleaning website with no lead pipeline and no path into government contracts. Rebuilt the site, designed a structured lead-capture system, and built a proprietary tool to research and prioritize state and local government contracting opportunities based on the owner's certifications.

What existed before I stepped in

Your Cleaning Solutions, a Columbus, OH-based commercial cleaning company, had a website that wasn't generating leads or positioning the business for growth. The owner — a certified MBE/WBE/EDGE business — had meaningful credentials for government contracting but no system to identify, track, or pursue those opportunities.

Specific gaps:

  • Website had no functional lead capture — contact forms weren't reliably delivering inquiries
  • No SEO structure — the site wasn't visible to local commercial cleaning searches
  • Owner's MBE/WBE/EDGE certifications weren't being used to pursue set-aside government contracts
  • No system for finding, evaluating, or prioritizing state and local government bids
  • The owner was spending time on low-value manual research with no clear prioritization framework

What I built

  • Full site rebuild — clean, fast, and structured for commercial cleaning search intent in Columbus, OH
  • Lead capture forms relayed via FormSubmit — every inquiry lands directly in the owner's inbox
  • SEO foundation — page titles, meta descriptions, header structure, and local signals built in from the start
  • Proprietary government contracting research system — state and local only, scoped to MBE/WBE/EDGE set-aside opportunities
  • Certification eligibility mapping — surfaces which contracts the owner qualifies for based on her specific certifications
  • AI-assisted bid prioritization — ranks opportunities by contract size, competition level, fit, and deadline proximity
  • Operational workflow for bid management — tracks opportunity status from identified through submitted

How the gov-con pipeline works

System scans state & local government bid portalsScoped to Ohio and target municipalities — no federal noise
Filters by MBE / WBE / EDGE set-aside eligibilityOnly surfaces contracts the owner is certified to pursue
AI scores and ranks each opportunityContract value · competition estimate · certification fit · deadline proximity
Owner reviews prioritized shortlistHighest-value, lowest-competition opportunities surface first
Opportunity tracked from Identified → Bid Submitted → AwardedFull pipeline visible — no opportunities fall through the cracks

How I approached it

  • Started with the owner's actual certifications — MBE, WBE, and EDGE — and designed the system around what those credentials unlock, not what government contracting looks like in general
  • Scoped to state and local only, intentionally avoiding federal contracting complexity at this stage
  • Built the bid prioritization logic to surface the highest-value, most-winnable opportunities first — the owner's time is the constraint, not the number of opportunities
  • Rebuilt the website in parallel, treating SEO and lead capture as infrastructure — not afterthoughts
  • Used AI-assisted development to research eligibility requirements across multiple Ohio certification programs and build the filtering logic accurately
  • Deployed on VPS with zero downtime migration from the prior site

What changed

Live
New site deployed July 2026 — structured for search visibility and lead capture from day one
3
Certifications (MBE / WBE / EDGE) now mapped to eligible contract opportunities instead of sitting unused
AI
Bid prioritization system ranks opportunities by value, fit, competition, and deadline — owner focuses time on the best shots
0
Manual research hours lost to irrelevant bids — the system pre-filters before the owner ever sees an opportunity

The gov-con system launched ahead of a planned meeting with the owner in late July 2026. Revenue outcomes from contract bids are pending and will be updated as results come in.
