What she was doing herself
The owner had a real book of business and no website. Every client was a text thread. Reminders went out the night before, when she remembered, sometimes from bed at 10pm, sometimes not at all.
What capped her wasn't demand, and it wasn't how much cleaning she could do. It was how many client relationships she could hold in her head at once. Every new client added weight to her personally, and the site she had wasn't bringing in anyone new to replace the ones that slipped.
What I built
- A commercial cleaning site structured to bring work in and be found in local search, replacing one that wasn't generating anything
- Reliable lead capture, so every inquiry actually lands in her inbox instead of disappearing into a broken form
- A fast, clean site she owns outright, deployed and hosted with no ongoing dependency on me to keep it running
What changed
Her business went from invisible to findable. The site is structured to bring in and capture commercial work, and every inquiry lands in her inbox instead of depending on a text thread. Her next customer no longer has to already have her number.
Live since July 2026. Search visibility and lead capture are built in; lead volume is the metric being tracked from here.
