Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Roberts Systems LLC ("we," "I"), which also does business as SiteMason. This policy explains what information is collected on jaylroberts.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: I collect what's needed to give you a useful answer and provide services, I don't sell it, and you can ask me to delete it anytime.

What I collect

• The Bottleneck Check: your answers to the quiz questions, plus the name, email, and business name you provide to see your result.
• The workbook: the responses you enter, and the contact details you provide if you choose to save your progress.
• Bookings: when you book a working session, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and meeting details under its own privacy policy.
• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. Stripe shares your name, email, and transaction details with me under its own privacy policy.
• Email: if you email me, I keep the correspondence.
• Server logs: like nearly every website, the server records basic technical data (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

What I use it for

• Generating and delivering your quiz result or workbook brief
• Following up on your submission and preparing for a working session
• Providing and billing services you've engaged
• Understanding, in aggregate, the common problems service businesses face, so the diagnostics get better

What I don't do

• I don't sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
• I don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
• I don't share your information except with the service providers below, or if the law requires it.

Service providers

Limited information is shared with the providers that make the site work: Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Twilio (text messaging, where you've consented to it), and the hosting infrastructure the site runs on. Each processes your data only to provide their service.

Text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Roberts Systems LLC or SiteMason (for example, appointment reminders or booking confirmations), message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies by use. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for the site's private administration area, and your browser's local storage may hold a workbook resume token on your own device if you start the workbook.

Retention and your choices

Submissions are kept while they're useful for the purposes above. You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted by emailing jaylroberts3@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
