Over the past year I've designed and shipped production systems for real businesses — a commerce and booking platform for an esthetician studio, a two-sided housing placement marketplace, and a government-contracting pipeline for a commercial cleaning company. Each one replaced manual, error-prone workflows with systems the owners run themselves.
I use AI-assisted development to build fast, but the value I bring is upstream of the code: finding the failure points, designing the workflow, and making sure the finished system fits the person who has to live with it.
I don't start with code. I start with how the business actually runs — then I design backward from there.
Map what exists. Find the manual steps, the failure points, and the tools that don't talk to each other.
Identify the highest-risk operational gaps. Design a system around how the owner actually works — not how software wants them to work.
Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development to prototype, test, debug, and document the system faster and more reliably.
Wire APIs, test every path, add safeguards where needed. Fix what breaks in production before it costs the client.
Deploy to production. Train the owner or team. Document the system so it can be maintained without me.
