I build systems for owner-operated service businesses through Roberts Systems, and I make videos and a podcast about running a business that depends less on you.

It started with my mom's Mondays. She's an esthetician, and Monday was the day for everything around the service: scheduling, finances, reminders, follow-up. We gave each of those a place to go, and Monday changed. I've been working on that problem for other owners since.
